When you try to launch help in Screendoors or some other program, you get an error message saying "Program is not compatible" in Vista.This is due to the fact that the help files that come with version 2.3 are done in "HLP" format and not CHM. Windows XP and older had a program called winhlp32.exe installed by default, in Windows Vista this program is no longer included by default.
You can fix this by installing winhlp32.exe on your Vista machine. Please download it using this link: http://tinyurl.com/ypo5fz
