How do I Order?
Ordering from the Madentec Store couldn't be easier. You can add/remove items to your shopping cart to see what the cost of the items will be. Only when clicking Checkout will you be required to enter your payment information.
Please note: Only North American orders can be processed through the Madentec store. For International orders, please contact the Madentec Sales department directly.
Ordering & Quotes
- Once you have decided on a product for purchase, click the Buy Now button. A button with the picture of the shopping cart.
- The Order window will open, and the product will be added to your shopping cart. Click on Continue Shopping if there are other items you wish to add. You will be taken back to the Products section of our website.
- While in the Order or Shopping Cart section, you can edit your order. You can add additional numbers of a single item by typing a new number in the Quantity field, and then clicking the green Update button.
You can delete an item from the list by selecting the check box to the left of the item in the left column. Clicking Update will remove the item.
You can change an Order into a Quote by clicking on the "Switch to Quote" link at the upper left of the Shopping Cart.
Checkout
- Clicking the blue Checkout button will take you to the Account Login/ Creation screen.
- RETURNING CUSTOMER: If you are a returning Customer then you can log into your account by entering your e-mail address and password. This is the information you would have previously entered when you purchased before.
- NEW CUSTOMER: If you are first time customer, then you must Create an Account. Enter your e-mail address, as this will be used as your Account log in name. Choose a password. (8 char. max.) Click on the Register button.
- FORGOTTEN PASSWORD: If you happen to forget your password, do not worry. You can enter your email address and your password will be emailed to you.
- Follow Steps 1 and 2 in the Guest Checkout screen. Make sure that all your information is entered correctly.
- PAYMENT: We accept payment by MasterCard, Visa, Cheque/Money Order, and Purchase Order. A copy of the Purchase Order must still be faxed or mailed to Madentec. Fax # 1-780-988-6182.
- Click on Submit Order.
