Well, we had such a great time the last two trainings, we have decided to do it a third time this November. We decided to change things up a bit, and move the next cruise to a date that does not coincide with a trade show, like ATIA, or CTG.
Due to space limitations on the ship, we can only accommodate 40 participants - first come, first served. So don't delay - sign up with your deposit soon. The deadline for deposits is June 20th, 2008. Full payments are not due until August 10th.
Here are all the details:
What: “Learn about the most cutting-edge computer access in the world right on the ship, as we cruise our way to Baja, Mexico, leaving from San Diego, aboard the Carnival Elation. When we get there, enjoy the sun and fun. Then learn some more. It’s the perfect working holiday – bring your spouse!”
Who: Join other therapists, special education teachers, assistive technology consultants and dealers for this unique educational experience. Last February's training, CEUs were offered through the AAC Institute. We are pleased to offer them again with this training.
Prices: start at $545 per person for an inside room, or $604 per person for an outside based on double occupancy.
(Includes cruise, food, entertainment, taxes, training)
The cost of the training is $150, and is included in the above quoted prices. For those people wishing to come along, but not attend the training, the price per room is minus $150. ($395 & $454).
(The training charge covers the rental of the conference room, computers, training materials, etc.)
When: November 10th to the 15th, 2008
Not included: Tips, transportation, airfare
